EV charging infrastructure is not really there to serve electric vehicles, it’s there for the people who drive them. We are committed to developing the infrastructure that people and communities need today, and for the new ways they want to live their lives in the future.
Social equity
Most EV drivers today can charge at home, but nearly 40% of UK drivers don’t have a driveway. We believe that to reach mainstream adoption and to meet climate goals, EV access must be an option for everyone in society. We are working towards this goal.
Doing it right
It’s no good rolling out low carbon infrastructure if we are not pushing ourselves to meet our own climate targets. Carbon literacy training, full carbon offsetting and regular carbon audits ensure that we transparently practice what we preach.

Land Acquisition Manager
The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of partners which will help the sourcing and acquisition of land in line with annual targets. The Land Acquisition Manager will establish and nurture a sustainable growth pipeline by sourcing new relationships and evolving existing partnerships with key landowners, property agents, developers, and property segment stakeholders supporting with achievement of our growth targets.
Electrical Supervisor
The Electrical Supervisor will work within Zest’s Operations team to supervise the onsite construction of multiple EV projects to completion. Reporting into their line manager & Operations Director, the Supervisor will be responsible for the smooth delivery of installations according to our clients' requirements. Where applicable this role will see the supervisor undertaking CDM duties as principal contractor or supporting the appointed principal contractor with monitoring and audits throughout the construction phase and ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to.
Senior Finance Reporting Analyst
The Senior Finance Reporting Analyst will work within Zest’s Finance Team to support the finance function of a growing SME by producing high-quality financial reporting and analysis for lenders and other external stakeholders. The role plays a key part in maintaining strong lender relationships by ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial information is provided, alongside internal reporting and forecasting to support decision-making.
