Zest brings local EV charging to Barnstaple community

Zest has opened a local EV charging facility in Barnstaple as part of its mission to make the shift to using electric vehicles a realistic option for everyone. These new charging points provide people with easy access to convenient EV charging, close to home and local amenities.

Located on Westaway Heights, close to North Devon District Hospital, Zest’s local charging facility provides eight charging points. The investment has been welcomed by residents and provides local people with the amenities needed to make the switch to EV.

Zest is developing EV charging across the UK in areas that lack sufficient EV infrastructure – making it easier for driver without off-street parking to conveniently recharge their vehicles close to home, or on-the-go.
